I’m a certified Fitness Trainer and I owe almost all I know to my mentor and teacher Diana Pagano, getting certified through FIF Italy.
I’ve been teaching TRX, BodyPump, Athletic Functional Training, Reebok Fit to Flex, MTV Dance, Step and HIIT almost full time for 12 years.

I’m a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor as well, through Fispin (now Icyff Group Cycling ) and I’ve been teaching almost everyday, 3 classes a day, from 2005 to 2013.

In 2010 I attended the bodyART Training at the ECA OBOW World Fitness Convention NYC run by Robert Steinbacher and here’s where I most found myself longing for integration between Fitness and the Holistic.

After ONE 60-minute complementary session, in which I’ll do your postural analysis and assessment, I’ll create a tailored training program upon your requests, needs and goals and you can workout with it whenever you want.

I can follow you and correct your movements even from the other side of the globe through the Zoom app!
All you need is a good internet connection, ear plugs and you get your PT always by your side.
